If you’re working with a practitioner, it gives you a strong foundation you can bring into those conversations. We also have a directory of providers familiar with The Shift System™, if you want extra support.

  • Great, if you’re on GLP-1s, this program will help you optimize results. While these medications can help with weight, they don’t teach you how to support your metabolism, regulate your hunger cues, or build long-term habits.

    If you’re not on medication, this program gives you all the non-drug tools.

  • You can see the first module for free, without creating an account. If you decide to continue, you’ll have access to the rest as soon as you pay. You’ll then have 3 months to complete the 5 phases.

  • Every individual will go at their own pace, but you should expect to set aside about 2-3 hours per week to complete each module. Coaching calls are optional but highly encouraged (4 hours per month).

  • If you purchase the full course, you get direct access to me during a monthly group coaching call for 3 months. You can submit your questions for our live calls 48 hours in advance via a special form that you will receive when you join.
