Dr. Clare Sullivan (BSc, ND, MSCP) is a Naturopathic Doctor practicing in Ottawa, Ontario where she provides in-person and virtual support to patients across the province. She earned her Doctor of Naturopathic Medicine from the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine (CCNM), holds prescribing authority in Ontario, and is IVIT certified. She is a member in good standing with the College of Naturopaths of Ontario (CONO), the Canadian Association of Naturopathic Doctors (CAND), the Ontario Association of Naturopathic Doctors (OAND), and the Menopause Society (formerly NAMS), where she became a Menopause Society Certified Practitioner (MSCP) in 2023.
Over the past 18 years, her practice has evolved to meet the changing needs of her patients. Her commitment to ongoing education has led her to enhance her clinical skills in two fellowships with The Confident Clinician. She completed her menopause fellowship in 2024 and is currently a fellow in the Obesity and Metabolic Health Fellowship with Dr. Ashley White, MD. Her current focus is on supporting women through perimenopause and menopause who are seeking evidence-based solutions to help them achieve their health goals.
What Dr. Clare enjoys most about her job is watching her patients feel empowered on their health journey. She achieves this by providing a safe space for her patients to be heard, helping them understand the changes and challenges they are experiencing and guiding their focus towards the aspects of health within their control.
In her spare time, Dr. Clare enjoys learning new skills, reading, and enjoying the beauty of the Ottawa Valley. She can be found in a climbing gym keeping up with her three children, gardening in her community garden in the summer and cross-country skiing in Gatineau Park in the winter.

Dr. Erin TeWinkel, ND MSCP, believes effective medicine takes time, curiosity, and teamwork. With additional training in obesity medicine, menopause care, and teen health, she helps women and girls understand their bodies and create sustainable change.
Her work focuses on turning confusion into confidence—using education, empowerment, and collaboration to guide patients toward lasting health so they can lead with energy and purpose.

Dr. Jules Passy is a Naturopathic Doctor practicing at Flow Functional Health in Edmonton, Alberta. She has a special interest in women’s health, metabolic wellness, and digestive health, blending evidence-based medicine with compassionate, individualized care to help patients feel seen, supported, and empowered in their health journey.

Dr. Katie Rothwell is a Naturopathic Doctor and clinic owner based in Barrie, Ontario, with a clinical focus on thyroid health, metabolic optimization, and perimenopause care. With over a decade of experience, she helps women navigate complex hormonal changes, improve energy and mood, and achieve sustainable weight and metabolic balance.
Her approach combines the best of evidence-based medicine with an integrative lens—bridging conventional endocrinology, nutrition, and lifestyle medicine. Dr. Rothwell is known for her ability to translate complex physiology into actionable, compassionate care that empowers women to feel confident and in control of their health.
