The women running your organization deserve health care that actually sees them.

The Shift Clinic partners with employers to provide year-round, physician-led metabolic health care for the senior women you most want to retain.

Your highest performers go for their annual physical. Everything comes back normal. They keep going.

But something has been quietly off for a while. Changes in energy, sleep, metabolism, the cumulative weight of managing everything is weighing your best people down. Conventional care was never designed to catch this. Your team members spend more and more time managing disease instead of building health and resilience for their best working decades.

What shows up in the bottom line is increased absenteeism, shorter tenures in senior roles, and leaders who quietly perform below their historic excellence. And nobody connects it back to health.

Most executive health programs weren’t built for this.

A half-day executive medical catches acute problems. Bloodwork, a stress test, imaging, a summary of findings. It is a snapshot, not a strategy.

But the patterns that erode performance in their forties and fifties don't show up on a standard panel. Shifting metabolism. Hormonal changes. Compounding stress physiology. Disrupted sleep. These build slowly, and a once-a-year assessment was never designed to find them.

And for the women on your team - the ones carrying the most are often the ones whose health has fallen to the bottom of the priority list.

A physician who knows your employee by name - and stays in it with her.

Dr. Ashley White built The Shift Clinic to close the gap between wellness programs and personalized medical care, specifically for people with metabolic diseases and weight-management concerns.

Membership provides an ongoing clinical relationship, not a one-time assessment. Every member works directly with Dr. White, who brings together metabolic function, hormonal health, stress physiology, sleep, and body composition into one coherent, evolving picture.

The practice was built so that every member has a physician who understands what's actually happening in her body, and that relationship doesn't end when the appointment does.

Dr. Ashley White, MD, CCFP-EM, MPH, Diplomate ABOM

Dr. White is a board-certified obesity medicine physician with over 15 years of clinical experience. She founded The Shift Clinic in Hamilton, Ontario to provide the kind of care she saw women consistently not receiving — personalized, longitudinal, and built around actually understanding what's happening in the body.

She is the physician on every visit. She knows each member's full clinical picture. And she designed the practice so that the relationship with the doctor is the product, not the add-on.

Dr. White's physician assessments are covered by Ontario public health insurance. The membership fee covers the services not insured by OHIP, including body composition testing, messaging access, group sessions, digital health supports, and administrative services.

How employer sponsorship works

1

Book a short conversation with Dr. White and Angela.

We'll learn about your organization, your team, and whether this is the right fit. No slide deck, no sales pressure. Just a direct conversation about what your employees actually need.

2

Choose how many employees to sponsor.

Membership is flexible. You can sponsor one senior leader or a cohort. We'll walk you through the structure, answer every question.

3

Your employees are onboarded into ongoing care.

Each sponsored employee gets the full membership — comprehensive assessments, body composition tracking, secure messaging access, group clinical sessions, and a physician who knows their name from the first visit.

4

The relationship continues and evolves with your employee.

This isn't a one-time benefit. Care plans adapt over time as your employee's health, life, and goals change. Employers receive confirmation of active membership. The rest stays between the physician and the patient, where it belongs.
